The large parts are shelved, and small parts are put into bags with labels then onto the shelves.
ROTISSERIE BLASTING: When we do a Rotisserie Restoration, blasting consists of the following areas. Complete underside of the body, Engine Bay, inside, and inside floors, door jambs,trunk area, everything that is reachable.
FRAME-OFF BLASTING: When we do a Frame-off Restoration the FRAME of the car/trck is removed and is blasted clean along with the body.
PARTS BLASTING: The removed parts also get the blasting stage. Fenders,doors, undersides of hoods and deck lids.
REAR INNER FENDER REPLACEMENT: The inner fenders of the rear of the car are removed and NEW are welded into position.
FLOOR REPAIR: The floor is cut out in sections or large pieces.
FLOOR WELDED: The floor section is welded into position on the top lip AND the Underside lip. Our repairs are double welded for the owners safety. Original or new braces will also be welded in.
QUARTER PANEL REPAIR: The quarter panel skins are cut away and new are welded into position. Our welds are as close to original as possible in the door jamb area and lower pinch weld.
FRAME RAILS And ENGINE BAY SIDE PANELS: We also cut away old rotten frame rails (front/back) and weld in new rails. Along with the side engine bay panels. All repairs are made to factory specs. and stronger.
SHEETMETAL REPAIR: All other sheetmetal (fenders,doors,outside panels,etc) The rust is cut away if any is found, New metal is welded in, any dings or large dents get removed via stud welder, or our men just use plain craftmenship to massage the dent out by working with the panel.
CHASSIS REBUILD: This is a 1965 GTO 389 Tri-Power chassis rebuilt. All brake lines and hardware new, new fuel lines, new bushings, New tie rod ends, All wheel bearings repacked, Everything is replaced or restored on our chassis.
ENGINE REBUILDING: We have been working with an excellant engine rebuilder since we began. The engines can be built to race or run as smooth as you like. Most of our engines are built to stock specs.
Upholstery: We can install new upholstery, and have custom made.
VINYL TOPS: We also install vinyl tops if you like.
ASSEMBLY: Now everything is carefully put back together for cruising, or show.
The car's are rolled from the trailer then into the shop for disassembly.
